Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pure juice or coconut water
- 1 cup fresh sliced strawberries, plus additional for topping
- 3/4 cup fresh chopped mango, plus additional for topping
- 1 medium-sized banana, sliced and divided
- 2 cups ice
- 1 teaspoon acai powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons granola, for topping
- 2 teaspoons shredded coconut, for topping
Directions
- Add the coconut water, strawberries, mango, half of the banana, ice, acai powder and honey to a blender and mix well for about 2 minutes.
- Divide equally into 2 bowls and top with the additional sliced strawberries, sliced mango, remaining sliced banana, granola and shredded coconut.
- Serve.
