Directions

1. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
2. Remove seeds, peel skins away and place avocado halves flat on cutting board.
3. Cut thin slices across the avocado from end to end.
4. Fan out avocado slices into a line.
5. Starting at one end, curl the avocado slices into a spiral.
6. Keep curling until avocado rose takes shape.
