Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 bananas (2 frozen)
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 8 tablespoons carob powder or 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 8 pitted dates
- 2 bananas, sliced
- Shredded coconut
- Chopped dark chocolate
- Chopped peanuts
- Sesame seeds
Directions
- Blend milk, frozen bananas, peanut butter, carob powder or cocoa powder and dates until smooth.
- Pour into 2 bowls and top with sliced bananas, coconut, chopped chocolate, peanuts and sesame seeds.
