Festive Winter Holiday Citrus Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Pomegranate arils
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 1/3 cup tangerine juice, freshly squeezed
  • Ginger beer, for topping drink
  • Fresh mint sprigs

Directions

  1. Place a layer of pomegranate arils on the bottom of a cocktail glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add gin, elderflower liqueur and tangerine juice to glass and stir to blend.
  4. Top with ginger beer.
  5. Add additional pomegranate arils to the top along with a mint sprig.
