Ingredients
- Pomegranate arils
- 2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 1/3 cup tangerine juice, freshly squeezed
- Ginger beer, for topping drink
- Fresh mint sprigs
Directions
- Place a layer of pomegranate arils on the bottom of a cocktail glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur and tangerine juice to glass and stir to blend.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Add additional pomegranate arils to the top along with a mint sprig.
