Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped honeydew melon
- 2 cups pinot grigio or mild white wine, chilled
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Peel melon with a Hardy Slicer, remove seeds with an Ice Cream Scoop and chop into 1 inch pieces. Put in a plastic bag, place in freezer until frozen.
- Pour wine into a blender, add about half of the frozen melon, the ice cubes and honey and blend until smooth. Add remaining melon and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish each with a fresh strawberry.
