Ingredients
- 1 stick softened butter (we like Irish butter – check out your grocery’s imported foods section for unique butters. If you can’t find it, a gourmet unsalted butter will do.)
- 2 tablespoons chopped sage
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 scant teaspoon lemon juice
