Ingredients
- 24 mini phyllo tart shells
- 4 ounces ripe brie cheese, cut into 24 small chunks
- 1 ripe pear, small dice
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange tart shells onto prepared pan. Place a piece of brie into each tartlet. Sprinkle some pear, pistachios and rosemary into each tartlet, evenly distributing the ingredients.
- Drizzle the top of each tartlet with honey.
- Bake until the cheese has melted and the tarts are golden, approximately 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve.
