Dill Pickle Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 6 pickles, diced
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice

Directions

  1. Allow ice cream to soften.
  2. Add pickles and pickle juice and mix until well incorporated.
  3. Return ice cream to freezer to set up.
  4. Serve chilled.
  5. OPTIONAL: Top with ketchup, mustard and onions.
