Ingredients
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 6 pickles, diced
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
Directions
- Allow ice cream to soften.
- Add pickles and pickle juice and mix until well incorporated.
- Return ice cream to freezer to set up.
- Serve chilled.
- OPTIONAL: Top with ketchup, mustard and onions.
