What is your exchange policy?

To exchange new product within 15 days of receiving your order, start an exchange and include the printed confirmation in your package. Please allow 1-2 weeks after we receive your product, to process your exchange.

Should the Cutco Product become damaged through unconventional use, we’ll replace the product for one-half of the current retail price plus applicable sales tax.

What is your return policy?

To return new product within 15 days of receiving your order, start a return and include the printed confirmation in your package. Please allow 1-2 weeks after we receive your product, to process your return for refund.

Personalized products cannot be returned under The Forever Guarantee, but all other aspects of the guarantee apply.

How do I package my knives to return?

To ensure the safety of Cutco, carrier and postal employees, please watch this important video and follow the instructions before sending your knives.

Instructions

  • COVER CLEAN KNIVES COMPLETELY AND SECURELY. Cereal box cardboard or the original cardboard sheath shipped with your items work well. Wrap in an extra layer of tissue paper or newspaper.
  • DO NOT USE TAPE ON THE BLADES OR HANDLES. Tape or adhesives cannot be removed and those items cannot be serviced.
  • DO NOT SHIP IN A PADDED OR PAPER ENVELOPE. Place only knives in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box. The knives shouldn't be able to freely move around in the box. Fill excess space with tissue paper or newspaper.
  • DO NOT SHIP YOUR BLOCK OR TRAY. Knives will fall out of the slots and the box during transport, causing danger to all carriers. Wrap each knife separately and securely.
  • INCLUDE YOUR PRINTED CONFIRMATION IN YOUR PACKAGE.

Can my vintage products be exchanged?

If your vintage products have become damaged, in most cases we can still service them. To get started, complete a service request.

If the damage was caused by normal use, under The Forever Guarantee if at any time you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your Cutco Product, we will correct the problem or replace it.

If the damage was caused by an unconventional use, under The Forever Guarantee we will replace the item for one half of the current retail price.
