Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped directly from our factory in Olean, New York. Most orders arrive in 7-10 business days with included regularstandard shipping.
- Orders will be sent using regular shipping and most arrive in 7-10 business days through USPS or UPS. International shipping is unavailable.
- Express shipping is available for an additional cost. For same day shipping, place orders by 11 a.m. ET, Monday to Friday with either UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day delivery.
- Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for orders with engraved custom text and 2-4 business days for orders with a monogram to ship, even when express shipping is selected.
- Saturday delivery options are available in some locations. Please call for details.
- Orders will be sent using standard shipping and most will arrive in 7-10 business days through UPS. International shipping is unavailable. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
- Express shipping is available for an additional cost. With express shipping, orders arrive in 2-4 business days. For same day shipping, place orders by 11 a.m. ET, Monday to Friday with express shipping.

For your convenience, the cost of regularstandard shipping and handling is included in the price of products. Express shipping options are available for an additional cost.
Can I send a gift?
Yes. At checkout you can choose to have your order shipped to another address within the United States, Puerto Rico and GuamCanada.
You also have the option to gift wrap your order and include a short message on the packing slip that will be enclosed in the shipping box.
