Dessert Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar Truvia®
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 Pillsbury pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 cup Nutella® spread
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 banana, sliced

Optional topping instead of Nutella®:

  • 1 8-ounce package of reduced-fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free, cheesecake-flavored pudding mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
  3. Spread out a small pizza dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Pull it out and brush with a little butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. 
  4. Bake pizza crust for another 5 minutes, until the bottom is lightly brown. 
  5. Using a Spatula Spreader, spread the Nutella on top of the warm pizza crust. Top with fresh strawberries and bananas and enjoy.
  6. If using cream cheese, mix the cream cheese and cheesecake-flavored pudding mix together in a small bowl. Using a Spatula Spreader, spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the warm pizza crust. Top with fresh strawberries and bananas to enjoy.
