Roasted Broccoli With Asiago

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of broccoli, florets removed
  • 1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 lemon, sliced for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Place broccoli florets on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, combined Italian seasoning and garlic salt. 
  4. Spray broccoli with olive oil cooking spray until coated and sprinkle with spice mixture.  Toss the broccoli to mix well. 
  5. Roast broccoli until crispy and edges begin to brown, about 25 minutes.
  6. Add hot roasted broccoli to a large bowl. Add grated Asiago cheese and toss broccoli to coat.
  7. Arrange broccoli on a serving tray, garnish with lemon slices and serve.
