Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 2 golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 8 ounces raspberries
  • 1 pound strawberries, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Truvia® white sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon Truvia® brown sugar substitute
  • 3 tablespoons low sugar strawberry preserves
  • Fresh mint, julienned
  • Serve with: pita chips, tortilla chips, vanilla wafers

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ingredients (minus the mint).
  2. Cover and chill, for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint.  
  4. Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips, and/or vanilla wafers.
