Ingredients
- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 2 golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 8 ounces raspberries
- 1 pound strawberries, diced
- 2 tablespoons Truvia® white sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon Truvia® brown sugar substitute
- 3 tablespoons low sugar strawberry preserves
- Fresh mint, julienned
- Serve with: pita chips, tortilla chips, vanilla wafers
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the ingredients (minus the mint).
- Cover and chill, for at least 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
- Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips, and/or vanilla wafers.
