Ingredients
- 1 bottle dark beer
- 1 tablespoon powdered caraway seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon powdered Marjoram
- 1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar
- Touch of salt
- 1 medium (12-14 pounds) turkey
Directions
- Mix dark beer, powdered caraway seeds, powdered Marjoram, brown sugar and salt in blender.
- Using a syringe, inject mixture under the skin and into the breast and thigh meat.
- Rest for two hours or overnight in refrigerator.
- Brush turkey with oil and roast at 350°For 2-3 hours.
