Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 green onions, sliced thin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- Makes about 24 meatballs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, salt and pepper and mix together until well incorporated.
- Form mixture into 1-1/4 to 1-1/2-inch meatballs, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 4 to 5 minutes to brown. Place meatballs in a re-sealable plastic bag, add wing sauce and toss to coat. Pour meatballs and sauce in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Serve with sides of extra wing sauce and blue cheese or ranch dressing, and celery sticks.
