Chicken Fingers
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4 inch strips
Breading options
- 2 cups mini pretzel twists, crushed
- 2 cups cheddar-flavor crackers, crushed
- 2 cups party mix, crushed
- 3 cups potato chips, crushed
- 4 cups tortilla chips, crushed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Brush a 15x10x1 baking sheet with oil; set aside.
- Combine egg, sour cream, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a medium bowl. Add chicken strips and stir to coat.
- Roll chicken pieces in desired breading, pressing to coat. Arrange chicken on baking pan, leaving space between the strips.
- Bake for 8 – 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
