Cobb Salad With Apple and Pear

- 6 cups romaine or butterhead lettuce, chopped
- 6 thick slices bacon, cooked crispy and diced
- 1/2 cup pecan halves, chopped
- 2 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and diced
- 1 apple, diced (we recommend a tart apple like Granny Smith)
- 1 pear, diced (we recommend a Bosc or Anjou)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup blue cheese
Directions
- Line a bowl or serving platter with lettuce. In small rows, arrange bacon, pecans, eggs, apple, pear, cranberries and cheese. Serve with your favorite creamy dressing or fruit vinaigrette.
