Cobb Salad With Turkey, Squash & Avocado

- 6 cups romaine or butterhead lettuce, chopped
- 6 thick slices bacon, cooked crispy and diced
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 2 large hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
- 1 cup cooked butternut squash, diced
- 2 whole avocados, sliced
- 4 thick slices turkey, chopped (about 1/2 pound)
Directions
- Line a bowl or serving platter with lettuce. In small rows, arrange bacon, pecans, eggs, butternut squash, avocados and turkey. Serve with your favorite creamy dressing.
