Cranberry Margaritas

I love margaritas but view them more as a refreshing summer drink. Easy-to-make Cranberry Margaritas are the perfect twist on a traditional recipe while using festive ingredients. Not only do they look like something you would want to drink throughout the holiday season, it also makes the perfect drink to help you ring in the New Year, or it might just be what you need to get yourself through the New Year.

Making the Cranberry Margarita

There is not much prep for this margarita, which makes it even better. Add the cranberry juice, lime juice, tequila, triple sec and some ice into a large cocktail shaker and shake until it is evenly blended. If you do not have a cocktail shaker, you can add the ingredients into a pitcher and stir it until blended.

Using a Mini Cheese Knife, slice one lime for decoration.

The Cranberry Margarita

Place additional ice in the glass, along with fresh cranberries, and pour the drink into the glass. The cranberries really make this margarita and the best part is, you probably have some left over from the holidays anyways.

Don’t forget the garnish. Adding a slice of lime and rosemary sprig really makes this a holiday drink.

This Cranberry Margarita is everything you would want in a holiday beverage and is definitely worth a try. The recipe makes approximately three cups so I guess you will have to share this with a few friends. We hope you enjoy!
