Garlic Parmesan Knots

Ingredients

  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 16 ounce tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (do not use flaky biscuits)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together butter, cheese, garlic powder, oregano, parsley and salt.
  3. Using Super Shears or Pizza Cutter, cut each biscuit in half. Roll each half into a 5 inch rope and tie into a knot, tucking in the ends.
  4. Place knots on baking sheet and brush each one with the butter mixture, using about half of the mix.
  5. Bake until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Brush with remaining butter mixture. Serve immediately.
