Toast Coconut

Ingredients

  • 1 bag sweetened coconut flakes

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º.
  2. Spread the desired amount of coconut flakes on a cookie sheet or metal baking pan.
  3. Heat flakes for 3-6 minutes or until light golden brown. Stir every 2 minutes. Watch the flakes closely, they can burn quickly.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
