Ingredients
- 1 cup dark maple syrup
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon tamarind paste
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- (Optional) 1 teaspoon chipotle or adobo for heat
Directions
