Ingredients

  • Your choice of vegetables

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice your choice of cleaned vegetables 1/16th inch thick. Drizzle with olive oil and mix to coat all slices.
  3. Spread on a non-stick baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until crispy.
